Her critical care background gives her advanced clinical judgment for medically complex patients managing conditions like stroke, heart failure, COPD, sepsis, and diabetes.
Beyond the bedside, Faith has led clinical education as an RN Residency Support Specialist and Clinical Educator, mentoring newly licensed nurses and building clinical competency programs grounded in evidence-based practice and patient safety.
